Return Policy

  • Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In case of any manufacturing defect in line with our policy, kindly report the same via email at [email protected] and telephone at +919209925757 within 24 hours of receipt of the product failing which your request will not be considered. Any delayed reporting may be considered on a cases to case basis at the our sole discretion.
  • The product or defective part will be replaced or exchanged at our sole discretion.
  • To be eligible for a replacement/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable, intimate, or hazardous goods.
  • Additional non-returnable items include but is not limited to Gift cards, Downloadable and software items, and Some health and personal care items.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • If required, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or replacement.
  • If your request is approved, then your exchange or replacement will be processed, and we will inform you of the next steps via email.
  • Any refunds approved at our sole discretion shall be processed to your mode of payment within 24 hours. We are note liable for any delay in receipt of your refund that may occur due to third-party systems such as bank timelines or other extraneous factors.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address as advised via your confirmation email.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
