Basic Terms & Warranty

By continuing to use this website, that is https://www.homefitnessdirect.com/ and any of its sub-domains or additional domains including but not limited to http://www.bodysolidindia.com, and http://www.physiqueindia.com, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and return policy. You may only use this website for the purposes intended herein that are statutorily valid.
Payment Terms: 100% in advance along with order.
All orders would be processed within 48 hours after receipt of payment in our account. In the event an order is received and any amount is transferred against a product that is out of stock. The amount transferred shall be refunded to your account within 24 hours. We shall not be liable for any delays for refunds due to third-parties or reasons out of our control.

All our products are covered by a 1 (one) year Warranty. The Warranty will automatically be void in case products are put to use other than as specified.
During the Warranty period we would supply all parts which have to be replaced due to manufacturing defects.
The Warranty does not cover plastic and rubber parts, cables, grips, upholstery, chrome plating and painting / powder coating.

Stocks would be sent by our choice of transporter on a freight to pay basis within 3 days of receipt of full payment. Your shipping charges will be clearly provided to you at the time of order processing and prior to payment. We endeavor to deliver the same within a period of 7 days subject to exigencies and matters out of our control.
In case of any transit damage, please take an open delivery certificate / damage certificate.
Packing : Original packing. In case special packing is required, it will be charged extra at actuals.
We do not currently offer international shipping or in-store pick-up, however please contact us at [email protected] as we may be able to assist you on a case to case basis.

Any disputes in relation to the products or your use of our website(s) shall be subject to Indian laws, with courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra unless otherwise provided for in your purchase or warranty documents.
Our liability is limited to the extent of the value of the products or services purchased.
Any rights arising from the use and purchase of our products or services are non-transferable.
In case of any discrepancy/repugnancy between the terms mentioned on our website and sales and product documentation, the terms mentioned in such sales and product documentation shall be valid.
